Prayer and settings data

Your prayer names, prayer wording, reminder times, session preferences, completion history, streak data, and onboarding choices are stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage technologies.

Amcle does not operate a server that receives or stores this prayer content. Deleting the app removes its local data unless Apple preserves it as part of a device backup that you control.

Notifications and Live Activities

If you choose to enable reminders, Pray Today asks iOS for notification permission and schedules repeating local notifications on your device. Reminder titles, prayer text, and times are not sent to an Amcle server.

When you begin a prayer session, the app may start a local Live Activity that displays the prayer title, progress, and completion state. You can manage notification and Live Activity permissions in iOS Settings.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pray Today uses RevenueCat to load products, confirm subscription or lifetime-purchase entitlement, and restore eligible purchases.

For this purpose, RevenueCat receives purchase history and an app user identifier, along with limited app, platform, and transaction information needed to provide purchase functionality. RevenueCat does not receive your prayer text or prayer history from Pray Today. RevenueCat acts as a service provider and maintains its own privacy practices.

Pray Today does not use purchase or identifier data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Optional Sign in with Apple

An account is not required to use the free prayer or to make an App Store purchase. Sign in with Apple is offered only to restore promotional access that Amcle has granted separately.

When used, Pray Today converts Apple’s stable account identifier into a one-way hashed app identifier, stores it in the iOS Keychain, and uses it as the RevenueCat customer identifier. The app does not request your Apple name or email address. Signing out removes the saved identifier from the device.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Pray Today does not include third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs in the current release. It does not sell personal information and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Apple may independently process App Store, diagnostic, and device information under Apple’s policies and your device settings.

Support communications

If you email us for support or feedback, we receive the address and information you choose to include so we can respond. Do not include prayer content or other sensitive details unless they are needed for your request.

Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices and data deletion

You can edit prayer content, disable reminders, reset prayer history, sign out, or remove locally stored data from within the app. You can also delete the app to remove its local data.

Apple manages App Store purchase records. RevenueCat purchase records needed to preserve entitlements may remain as required for purchase restoration, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Contact us for assistance with an optional promotional-access identifier.
