Pray Today Terms of Use

License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple end-user license agreement, Amcle grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pray Today on Apple-branded devices you own or control.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits that activity.

Prayer content and wellbeing

Pray Today provides three gratitude-focused prayer prompts and lets you personalize supported wording and settings. Your edits remain your responsibility.

The app is a personal spiritual and gratitude tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or professional advice and does not promise a religious, health, or personal outcome.

Free and Pro access

The current release includes one complete daily prayer without payment. Pro access unlocks the other two built-in prayers and supported personalization, reminder, session, and history features shown in the app.

Available features may evolve, but an active purchase will be honored according to the product terms presented by Apple at purchase.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

Pray Today may offer auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. The localized price, subscription duration, and any introductory offer shown in the app and Apple purchase sheet at the time of purchase control.

The monthly plan may include a three-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends, Apple will charge the applicable renewal price and the subscription will renew automatically.

Apple manages billing, eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime purchase and restoration

Pray Today may offer a non-consumable Lifetime Pro purchase that unlocks the supported Pro features for the lifetime of the app under the Apple Account used to purchase it. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Use Restore Purchases in the app to ask Apple and RevenueCat to restore an eligible purchase. Restoration requires the appropriate Apple Account and is subject to Apple’s systems and policies.

Availability and warranties

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or future operating-system version.

You are responsible for maintaining device backups you consider appropriate. Local app data can be lost if the app or device is deleted, damaged, reset, or replaced.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amcle and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of local data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
